Day 24: What is your opinion on alternative treatments that aren’t commonly used?
I have worry stones that I use for my anxiety that work like magic! They are wonderful!! They help to prevent anxiety. If anyone has questions on these or wants to know more about them, please let me know.
My therapist has me do relaxation exercises that I have mixed feelings about. Sometimes I do them and they work really well, and other times I do them and all I can think about is committing suicide. It’s weird because it helps calm my body every time, but not my mind, which is super frustrating.
I tried getting a massage the other day, and it didn’t work as well as I thought it would. It worked well for my body, but my mind was crazy the whole time.
